“Not worth paying such amount for very basic amenities. Mentioned kitchenette but no stove, no utensils, no tissues provided. Beds not properly made, seemed like bedsheet was not changed, sand all over beds. I only like the view.”

“Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift. Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist. No disposable or any sandal was provided by hotel. Bfast was satisfactory.”

“Booked a king bed room but given queen and a single . Refuse to provide king bed room even available as higher rate room. Customer should get our demand when we book as king bed. ”

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. Also, travel information provided.”

“We had a great time at Lumut Cube. The communication was smooth and the place was very clean & comfortable. The location is conveniently located to access nearby eateries with our own transport. I would definitely come again!”

“It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. ”

“The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It is 15 min drive from the center, and many restaurants and a night market is about 5 min drive from the hotel. My room (premier suite) was huge and was sitting on the edge of the sea. At the balcony, I could hear waves, and could see fishing boats. And every morning, many hornbills visited the hotel restaurant. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. They really tried to make me happy while I was there. There is a beach next to the hotel……
