“At first the room keys werent there and we had to wait, after informing them we will be there in 30 mins. Once we arrived in the room, the bathroom had water all around the seat and was totally wet like someone had just used it. The walls had discoloration and a smell. We have taken pictures.”

“A spacious and cosy apartment with comfortable beds and beautiful view. We had a very good rest & sleep. ”

“We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. ”

“The location is fine as it is 15mins walk to Legoland. The path however, is unsafe and next to bushes. Ended up full of mosquitos bites. Accomodation wise, the place has a pest control issue- lots of ants and saw a few cockroaches too. The towels and bedding are substandard. Definitely not a high end place, at most this is a 1 to 2 star place. ”
