"The housekeeping was terrible. Staying in a luxury room the room was not made up until very late afternoon. We spoke to reception about this several times. Some of the new waitresses/ waitor staff one gentleman and a new lady kept mixing up drinks orders. Milane the mature waitress was excellent ..."

"Lady at reception had terrible attitude. After 2 days she turn off my electricity saying she didn't know I was there. Didn't know how to use american credit card, insist that I give her pin #. We don't have pin on CC in USA In 5 days nobody changed towels or clean. Never again"
