“A good hotel but. It living up to its 5* rating. In need of some maintenance especially in the pool areas at the swim up rooms.
Also on need of refurbishment in a number of areas. Rooms in block A are tired looking.
Lactate restaurants are good although quite expensive, especially the grill terrace restaurant.”

The patio door was difficult to close due to an apparent obstruction in the runners. Reception staff were rude and dismissive. On arrival, 2 receptionists were busy chatting and I had to wait to be acknowledged. When I requested an umbrella……

“Wow, this hotel was an absolute 11/10!
Not only was it exceptionally clean but it was beautifully decorated throughout and the bed was so comfortable!
The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind, which made our stay even more special.
The pool area was lovely, with the biggest, fluffiest towels and the food was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, all included, and the presentation of the food was……
