“Fantastic and modern”

“Ett perfekt hotell för oss. Centralt läge med promenad avstånd till det mesa Vi var mest ute på stan och hotellet hade det som behövdes för oss. AC som gav svalka när det var över 30C ute, bra badrum och skön säng. Frukosten var helt ok.”

“I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. “Hotellet ligger en bit utanför Novi Sad. Heltäckningsmatta som kändes ofräsch. Vi bodde i ett rum med tre sängar och den tredje sängen var en bäddsoffa som var väldigt obekväm. Helt ok rum. Stannade en natt. Åkte tidigt ca 04 mot ungerska gränsen. ”

However, I found the food options to be somewhat limited and on the simpler side, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the spa only allowed one towel change per day, which could be improved for a more accommodating experience.”

But mostly, Zarko, Zerin, Nikola and Tanja were amazing with their hospitality and friendliness... I felt like I was a member of their family and always at home. “In general terms the hotel is very nice, a bit odd because of its style, but a surprise. Our room very nice and quiet, even being beside the elevator. Spa was OK, price for extra service, massage in my opinion too expensive. Breakfast room in the basement, nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel, only the presentation is leaving a lot to be desired. Here again a contrast between the hotel and its noble decoration, and then some modern coffee machine and juice dispenser which are in stark……
