"We had a 7-night stay at this hotel as a family of three. We booked Oak room and the room is very spacious in HK standard. The hotel locates at TST, HK prime location. Steps to shopping malls, restaurants and public transit. The only bad side is the slope at the fromt of the hotel. It is quite steep, not friendly for elderly or when you have to walk with luggage. "Had a lovely stay at the Royal Garden Crown Club Floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Crown Club lounge staff were lovely and chatty and kept the drinks & food flowing during happy hour. The ladies changing room facility’s including sauna and steam rooms were spotless. Great buffet breakfast in the Greenery Cafe. With a vast selection of Chinese and Western choices. "
