WORST - This hotel must be banned - Not even worth 0 star
I came to Kozhikode to visit my relatives and stayed at this hotel with my wife. I booked a ‘Deluxe’ room and paid a premium price for it.
Very poorly maintained rooms with dirty walls, dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, dirty pillows with human hair stuck to it from the previous person usage and the bathroom white towels have stains and become brown in color because of prolonged usage and the management is least bothered to replace them. There is no comparison of what room picture they showed on their website vs what actually inside. All gimmicks and sales tactics.
Bathroom and bedroom are infested with ‘COCKROACHES’ and it is running all over the place and hiding behind the mirror. This is a serious heath hazard and safety violation. Not sure when they inspected the rooms for its cleanliness and termites infestation.
There is no complimentary coffee/tea packs kept in the room or any kettle to make hot water, which is a must.
This hotel must be sealed for any human use until they fix these issues. Stringent action must be taken against the management for poor maintenance and cleanliness of this property. I think they are taking advantage of its customers.
This must be brought to the attention of relevant authorities, all the way to the tourism minister GOI overseeing this portfolio for strict action.
Bottomline, DO NOT stay in this hotel and it is not worth risking your health
