「I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . 「Good central location, we had room 26 which overlooks the park, the noise of trams and traffic was a bit disturbing, so we got earplugs. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. To be fair we didn’t spend alot of time in the room, staff were helpful, there’s a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar. There’s a shop just up the road where you can get milk. The onsite cafe was ok. There’s so many great places to eat etc…… If your going to the main square be prepared for the price.」
