“In the middle of the Old Cracow”

“As I know, they provide the rooms in different buildings. The room my friends have stayed was nice. However, the environment of the room I stayed was was humid. The showerpipe was rusted, the bedding sheet was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. On the day we arrived, the flush system of toilet was not working. Unfortunately, it was national holiday and they fixed it one day after. I would say, the service was ok, but based on the price, the room should be better.”

“Fantastiskt trevligt hotell och rum. Ligger perfekt till i stan med gångavstånd till det viktigaste. Frukosten var över vår förväntan med inslag av både varmt och kallt, grönsaker och frukt. Vi fick även hjälp med en frukostpåse när vi var tvungna att åka tidigt på utflykt en morgon. Rummet låg lugnt till med en liten balkong mot innergården. Vi betalade även för hotellets transport med bil till och från flygplatsen-bekvämt och prisvärt. Skulle absolut rekommendera det här hotellet! ”

“This property was a last minute booking due to our previous accommodation being awful. It cost less than the previous accommodation (hostel) and it was perfect. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. We was on the 3rd floor and it was warm but we just popped the Aircon on for 5 minutes and it soon cooled down. I would stay here again if I'm ever on Krakow ”
