“At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again! ”

“We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non……

“Really nice rooms, clean and well kept. Someone came everyday to clean them and top up coffee and tea basket and change the towels. In a really nice area easy to get to the main square and overall really nice. ”

“This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying……

“Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Also just a short tram ride to the Old Town centre. Only potential downside might be some late-night noise, given its proximity to bars etc. Overall, great place, great room. ”
