“The property was clean, the room was clean and well supplied with towels, soap. It looked like it had daily maid service. The hallways, stairs smelled like disinfectant and the door to the 3rd floor (where I was staying) didn't have a door knob but was replaced with a screwed in handle. When I checked in, the day attendent said that I had booked a handicapped room and helped me change over to a regular room, which was helpful. I had booked the room on Expedia so no $ charge adjustment was……
