Wonderful stay in a wonderful house

The owner texted us, I think, a day before our stay and gave good instructions how to get there and enter the property. During our week we had a few inquiries and was responded promptly. The house is in tip top condition and we couldnt have asked for more. I can highly recommend this place. The only negative thing we can think of, however not for us because we love it, is that the small village is a quiet place. However 10 min away you find more active places.

Alles rundum perfekt

Alles war richtig sauber und super ausgestattet. In der Küche sind Gewürze, Öl, essig etc. Vorhanden.Auch im Bad waren genügend Handtücher. Der pool war sehr schön. Wunderbar und ein top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Villa Maslina liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort, Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sauber! Wir wurden herzlich von den Eltern des Eigentümers empfangen, auch etwas Wasser, Saft, Bier und Kekse haben wir im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Putzmittel sind vorhanden. Bei Fragen war der Eigentümer immer schnell per Handy erreichbar. Zum Meer sind es 800m, nur der Heimweg bergauf war uns zu anstrengend. Aber in der Nachsaison war unter der Woche das Parken am Wasser auch kein Problem. Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in der Villa verbracht!

Villa Maslina- sehr zu empfehlen

Wir mieten seit über 20 Jahren Ferienobjekte und dieses Haus ist jetzt unter den ersten drei Objekten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Krk Adria war unkompliziert und es wurde auf Nachfragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Check-in/out funktionierte über eine Schlüsseltresor. Der Vermieter ist bei evtl. Problemen immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das zieht sich durch das ganze Haus. Eine solch perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit vielen Gegenständen, die zu Hause selbstverständlich sind, z.B. wirklich scharfe Messer, Tupper, etc., sowie ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe findet man selten. Im unteren Badezimmer gab es Seife, Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Staubsauger und mehr als ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Alle Fenster/Terrassentüren haben Außenjalousien, im unteren Schlafzimmer ist sogar ein Screen vorhanden. Das obere Stockwerk haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Der Pool mit Außendusche und der überdachte Außenbereich mit Grill waren perfekt, vor allem wenn es abends schon kühler wird. Wir haben die ganzen Aufenthalt dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Pinezici ist sehr klein, fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen (Super)Markt, wo man morgens frisches Brot holen kann. Der Wocheneinkauf sollte eher in Krk Stadt erledigt werden. Zum Strand ist es zwar nur knapp 1 Kilometer, allerdings geht dieser Kilometer bergab. Was dann wiederum auf dem Rückweg berghoch bedeutet. Es gibt am Strand einen Parkplatz, wo wir jetzt im September immer einen Platz gefunden haben. Es gibt dort 2 Strandbars, wo man alles vom Snack bis zum Abendessen erhält. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Villa Maslina sehr genossen und uns dort "zu Hause" gefühlt.

Super Unterkunft

Eine absolut fantastische Unterkunft mit super bequemen Betten. Es bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt, Gewürze, Handtücher in großer Anzahl, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln. Alles war sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist absolut fantastisch, es gibt eine Dusche. Der Außengrill mit Sitzecke und Außenküche waren super! Der Eigentümer war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles EXTREM gut gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war super. Es war super sauber und alles war vorhanden. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und überdachter Terrasse war perfekt, gerade jetzt wo es abends schon etwas frischer war. Das Ferienhaus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Ort selbst ist sehr klein. Es gibt zwei schöne Bars am Strand und einen sehr kleinen Laden. Fahren muss man auf der Insel aber ja in jedem Fall. Alles Top!!

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Anzeige. Die Qualität und Ausstattung ist super. Im "Kinderzimmer" ist kein Stockbett sondern zwei Einzelbetten.

TOP! TOP! TOP!

Das Haus ist einfach nur TOP TOP TOP!!! Es ist alles vorhanden von A bis Z, von Gewürze bis zu Putzmittel (komplett) Alles sehr sehr sauber und macht sogar einen ungenutzten Eindruck. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene 22jahre bis 33jahre 1 Kind 4 Jahre und 1 Hund (Labrador). Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt das wir den Hund auch draußen gelassen haben wenn wir weg gefahren sind. Es sind 2 Stellplätze für Autos im eigenen Hof und wird mit grossen stahltoren verschlossen. Das Haus ist zu 100% weitet zu empfehlen!!! Der einzige Nachteil ist man muss überall mit dem Auto hin fahren oder man ist ein sportlicher Typ;)

Uitmuntend verblijf

We hebben als familie al best wat vakantiehuizen en huisjes geboekt maar weinig waren zo goed als deze ! Het appartement is heel nieuw nog en dat zie je aan alles. Alles is werkelijk tip top verzorgt en met veel plezier kijken we terug op dit verblijf. Bij aankomst werden we gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaars. Heel erg bedankt nog voor het presentjes toen we kwamen en ook nog eens bij het afscheid!!! We hebben veel onder het afdak buiten gegeten en de BBQ gebruikt. Echt een aanrader. Het huis is ondanks de warmte goed koel te houden met de airco. De airco heeft genoeg capaciteit voor ook de twee beneden slaapkamers door de deuren snachts open te zetten. De kamer op de boven verdieping heeft en eigen airco. Keuken is super compleet uitgerust Strand is dichtbij. Kleine supermarkt is 300 mtr. Al met al een echte aanrader Familie van Engelen Ermelo Nederland

Excellent villa

Our stay at the villa was above our expectations! Villa is modern, very clean and well equipped. Lots of towels and bed linen. Check in/ out process straight forward. The owners/ managers very welcoming. They even gave us a small gift of local wine and honey as a leaving gift. Very surprising. Villa is in good location, 10 mins to the beach (however on a hilly road so probably not suitable for people with walking problem). On the beach there’s plenty of spaces both in the direct sun and shady area. Two beach bar offer a good selection of food and drinks. There is a local shop that has everything you need (3 mins walk). We would definitely be back to the same villa next year! I can highly recommend it! Great Croatia holiday!
