Kleine Idylle

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt an einem kleinen Kanal. Greetsiel, Emden und Norden/Norddeich sowie weitere Orte sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Kinder und Hund waren sehr Willkommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr entspannt

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Einfamilienhaus war sehr entspannt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man mit mehreren Personen und Kindern benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nachbarn waren auch sehr nett und Hunden gegenüber freundlich und tolerant. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen.

Schöner Angelurlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ist durchaus empfehlenswert für einen kleinen Angelurlaub, da die Gegebenheiten mit einem Gefrierschrank, guten Unterstellmöglichkeiten für die Angelsachen und viel Platz am Ufer durchaus gut sind. Auch der Verpächter des Gewässerabschnittes ist sehr nett und kann gute Tipps geben. Gerne wieder.

Kurztrip Richtung Küste

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger so braucht! Eine ruhige Lage des Hauses hat zur Erholung und Entschleunigung beigetragen! Schade war nur,daß es keinen Radweg zur Stadt Norden gibt! Aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft mit Motorboot :-)

Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit reichlicher und ansprechender Ausstattung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob man das Motorboot (Highlight für Teenager) mieten möchte, oder man sich versehentlich ausgesperrt hat... 😉 Ein besonderes Entgegenkommen war, dass wir deutlich früher in das Haus konnten, was für unsere relativ lange Anreise eine super Erleichterung war. Das Haus mit allen drumherum ist kein "Billigschnäppchen", jedoch unseres Erachtens völlig angemessen. Das zeigen zudem die vielen Gästebucheinträge, die teilweise bereits mehrmals gebucht hatten.

Fehlende Angaben im Inserat

Grundsätzlich war der Kurzurlaub und das Objekt sehr schön. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber und funktional. Ein wenig getrübt wurde dies, weil wir von Zusatzkosten überrascht wurden, die im Inserat nicht erwähnt waren. So mussten wir bei Anreise in bar zusätzlich XXX Euro für eine Endreinigung (Betrag darf ich hier nicht nennen, war aber unüblich hoch) und bei Abreise nochmal XXX Euro für Strom und Gas zahlen (in etwa so viel, wie ich zu Hause monatlich zahle).

Tinis Huus in Grimersum

Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus,der Garten alles bestens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Mopsdame war von dem Garten begeistert. Das Ferienhaus kann man wirklich nur Empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Beer. LG Familie Simmroth

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Familie Beer war einfach super, alles hat gepasst, nichts hat gefehlt. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten erholsame Tage. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach genial. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir, eine Gruppe aus Bremen, waren drei Nächte in Grimetsum. Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Ausgangslage lud dazu ein Ausflüge nach Greetsiel, Aurich, Norderney, dem Pilsumer Leuchtturm und Lütetsburg zu unternehmen. Frau und Herr Beerdigung waren sehr freundlich und für uns erreichbar. Es gibt einen Kamin und ein sehr großzügiges Badezimmer mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch aus ist fantastisch. Natur pur! Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen.

Eine Reise wert!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub im schönen ruhigen Grimersum ist leider schon vorbei. Alle Angaben im Inserat wurden im Original noch übertroffen. Das Haus ist tatsächlich schöner als im Inserat. Das ältere Haus wurde vom Vermieter top modernisiert und ausgestattet. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Vermieterehepaar sehr freundlich und bemüht (eine Flasche Sekt wartete schon auf uns). Die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war kein Problem, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es gibt eine schönes großes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und wirklich großer Dusche, der Kaminofen funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Haus sind drei Flachbildfernseher (im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Doppelschlafzimmern) vorhanden. Das Haus grenzt direkt an das Siel mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Grimersum selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genug gibt es im mit dem Auto nicht weit entferntem Pewsum, fast jede Art von Gastronomie in Greetsiel (ca. 5 km entfernt). Von Grimersum aus sind diverse Ausflugsziele (auch die Nordseeküste) bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
