酒店的网络只有第一天是好的 打给前台反应 结果告诉他不知道该怎么办 难道让客人自己修理吗 郁闷 住了这么多天不提醒从来不会给清理房间 前台有时候只有会讲马来话的人 沟通头疼

Good place to stay
As a budget hotel, the price is affordable and the room is clean, only the internet is having a connection issue. Some time work but sometimes fail to connect, overall is good.

Moderate hotel
Hotel was pleasant in general. Condition could be improved. Location good and convenient. If you are on a budget then the hotel would be good.

Overall was 9/10. First, at the reception, i was told to pay 50rm deposit. That was fine because most hotels have that policy. Then i was told to pay another 20rm. I know 10rm was probably for the tax. Another 10rm was because i do not have a malaysian ic. There's no logic in that because i'm a singaporean staying in malaysia's hotel and was someohow "fined" for not having a malaysian ic. I didn't ask much because i just wanted to check-in and put my stuff down. Not sure where the 10rm go to because it doesn't state on the website. After check-in, i saw a cockroach crawling on the bed. Lucky it was just one (that i saw). Apart from those two points, the comfort, toilet cleanliness and local area (lrt is just opposite) was thumbs up!

Just to clarify, RM10 is tourism tax that is subjected to non-Malaysian guests. The other RM10 was probably service charge and/or government tax and/or Hotel 99's membership card. Good services..
Excellent. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Water dispenser that provide both warm and hot water is located at every floor makes it very convenient and no need to worry that there is insufficient drinking water. Hairdryer also provided in toilet. Really money worthing to stay here. Definitely will come back

Enjoyed my 2 days stay. The room was clean and cosy. Staff was friendly. Only problem was staff lacking knowledge of the shopping malls around the area or how to go about getting there. Also didn't know the whereabouts of the immediate locality. Couldnt guide me to the special needs centre i was suppose to go to attend a course which was so nearby.

Stained and Yellowish Towels
I thought this is a newly opened hotel which is less than one month old. To my surprise, the towels (bath and floor) is so yellowish. And the bedsheet still have leftover hairs from previous guests. Please improve on your cleanliness.

budget hotel
Newly renovated, clean and comfortable room. Good location, just opposite the Kelana Jaya LRT station and few restaurants and convenience store. The rate for standard double room is considered cheap, really recommended for short stay.
