Buffett breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The bed and room was comfy. The only issue was that the pool was closed and it was one of the reasons to book this place. Hopefully it will be open when I get back

Amazing property, great staff, and great customer service. I would give a 5 star but the only problem is there are local concerts all night nearby at the time of my stay, and it’s practically impossible to sleep until 3 am with so much noise.

Thr hotel itself was fine but the road outside was being used as a race track by hundreds of people on motorbikes until the early hours. No chance of sleep if you have a room on the front. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night just to get some sleep.

I had a very unpleasant check-in experience at Ideas KL Hotel. I arrived with my family and ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to be attended to. The receptionist, Ably, and the manager, Faheem, were not helpful at all throughout the process. I had two rooms—one booked under my company and another booked personally by me. I requested connecting rooms so it would be easier for me to manage my family. They told me the connecting room was unavailable, which I could still accept. But the least they could do was arrange both rooms on the same floor. Shockingly, they couldn’t even do that. I even mentioned that I was willing to pay extra just to get both rooms on the same floor, yet they still failed to provide any solution. On top of that, even getting two key cards required a deposit, and requesting an extra towel also came with additional charges. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from this hotel.
