Though we truly empathised and regret the fact of the infamous taxi “flat rate” issues which is prevalent in KL, across the board. Alternatively, may I suggest you to try out the train especially with the unpredictable traffic conditions around the city. Our hotel is strategically situated adjacent to Chan Sow Lin LRT station via an interlink bridge from the hotel. Hence, it is convenient for guests/travellers to get around the town by public transport; only if it suits your travelling needs. We also provide free daily shuttle service to two famous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur city centre. We appreciate you sharing your concern and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity of welcoming you again in ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park.

We are a new hotel within a new upcoming area in Kuala Lumpur called the Fraser Business Park. Our hotel is also conveniently located adjacent to the Chan Sow Lin LRT Station via an interlink bridge from the hotel. And we also provide free shuttle service to two famous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur city center. I would suggest you to try out these transportation services especially with the unpredictable traffic conditions around the Klang Valley; but only if these suits your travelling needs. Regardless of the few issues with which you were faced we hope you nonetheless enjoyed your stay with us. I do hope you will still reconsider staying with us and hopefully have a much better experience on your next visit.
