酒店就在Chan Sow Lin 站下車,上天橋便直達,很方便,房間空間設施都不錯的,早餐款式也很多,值得一贊,欣賞每天早上11時,12時及1時的專車到KLCC服務,記得預訂! 酒店沒有了spa 服務提供,但網站沒有更新,空歡喜一場,健身室太簡陋,沒有勇氣在那鍛鍊,晚上的酒吧很好,但氣氛不足 周邊食的買的不多都是三四間店而已,座落的商場如空城,如日後開發,會很吸引 從酒店強行走到ikea 要花15分鐘,但附近可以走的真的不多,香港的店又像快關門大吉似的。所以都要走 Chan sow lin 美食廣場也要走15分鐘,並且有點静

Not recommended
The room is small, just big enough for two beds to fit in. The shower room is horrible. There is no door or curtain to block water spraying from the showerhead, so everything, including tissues, toilet and towels, could easily get wet if we weren't careful. Moreover, the shampoo and shower gel each are filled inside a tiny bottle that is given once per day. Those two containers were already opened when we used them, so we assumed they were recycled, refilled, and given to the next customers. I don't understand why not just use a shampoo/shower gel dispenser like every other hotels I've stayed. On the first day, when we first entered the room, we saw dark red stain on bedsheets. We assume it's blood, so we called room service to change it. The house keeper reluctantly changed the sheets and insisted that those were caused by detergent. Funnily, for the next 4 nights, none of the sheets they changed had those red stains. During the 5 nights of our stay, they often forgot stuff: missing toothbrushes, towels, not changing tissues, water bottles, etc. On the last day, when we packed up to leave, my friend noticed that two of his underwears were missing. One is particularly expensive; it's CK brand and costs like 40usd, according to my friend. We have no evidence, but we assume their employee stole it.

之前出外旅行很喜歡住宜必思的酒店,因為喜歡他們的風格,加上他們的酒店房間價格適中,所以算挺常住宜必思酒店,但這一次必須說對他們這間酒店挺失望的⋯,酒店的房間雖然空間蠻足夠,但清潔方面做得實在很令人失望,房內的電子產品也有很多都是有損壞的,檯燈的燈泡是壞的丶床頭燈的插頭也是壞的,最誇張的是保險箱也壞掉根本不能上鎖。其他還有很多小東西也壞掉,真的很懷疑這間酒店有沒有在做維修,房間浴室下水口還有之前房客留下的一大搓頭髮,書桌下也還有一大塊不知道是餅乾碎還是什麼東西?第二天客房清潔後這些東西還在原地!令我很懷疑他們究竟有沒有在做清潔。第二天開始我的臉上就開始有紅斑出現,應該是過敏的現象,不過不知道是什麼東西令我過敏,也許是太重灰塵。做輕䡄電車到酒店必須通過一座空橋然後必須穿越一間空的商城,所謂空的商城是一棟很大三四層樓的建築物!裡面都是空的鋪位,所以感覺很恐怖像一座廢棄的房子,白天還好,但晚上實在感覺很不舒服,所以如果是單身一個女性朋友,實在不主張住這間酒店,這間酒店唯一讓我覺得很滿意的就是櫃檯服務人員非常親切友善。

Cheap and convenient
Very close to MRT station. It takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the city centre. Great breakfast with different choices in the 2 days I stayed. Free shuttle bus to the city centre.

如此收費得到如此的服務應該算不錯了!而且這家飯店又在LRT車站旁,從飯店到車站就算下雨也都不怕會淋到,而且幾乎每天上午11、12點都有接駁車到雙子塔跟巴比倫只要跟櫃檯預約就可以了【免費】。

Though we truly empathised and regret the fact of the infamous taxi “flat rate” issues which is prevalent in KL, across the board. Alternatively, may I suggest you to try out the train especially with the unpredictable traffic conditions around the city. Our hotel is strategically situated adjacent to Chan Sow Lin LRT station via an interlink bridge from the hotel. Hence, it is convenient for guests/travellers to get around the town by public transport; only if it suits your travelling needs. We also provide free daily shuttle service to two famous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur city centre. We appreciate you sharing your concern and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity of welcoming you again in ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park.

Dear joe, I am sorry to know that our location is not up to your preference which might not suit your travelling needs. We are a new hotel within a new upcoming area in Kuala Lumpur called the Fraser Business Park. Our hotel is also conveniently located adjacent to the Chan Sow Lin LRT Station via an interlink bridge from the hotel. And we also provide free shuttle service to two famous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur city center. I would suggest you to try out these transportation services especially with the unpredictable traffic conditions around the Klang Valley; but only if these suits your travelling needs. Regardless of the few issues with which you were faced we hope you nonetheless enjoyed your stay with us. I do hope you will still reconsider staying with us and hopefully have a much better experience on your next visit.

Difficult to access to
Difficult to access to the main entrance of the hotel. a lot of tourists - overcrowded in the morning. Looks too trendy but a bit like sexy hotel... Room is clean and big. Price is fine and reasonable. Taxi Drivers do not know where it is.

This was a wonderful journey when I first time visit to KL. Before I choose the hotel, I was looking for the hotel which was considered to reasonable price, good location and comfortable environment. Ibis was fulfilled my expectations and give me a good impression during my trip.

當天我朝早10時己經到達酒店,原本打算放低行李就出發,但職員己安排我們入住酒店,我們可以回房梳洗休息才出發,真的很不錯! 另外酒店有shuttle bus service 去 KLIA Pavillion 兩個著名的景點! 早餐也不錯,還算多選擇。 房屋也很舒適,但冷氣機直接吹向頭的方向有點不好

酒店离地铁站很近,通过一个天桥就到,非常方便,步行也就5分钟路程。而且该地铁站到市区及机场都很方便。酒店环境很好,入住了四天还附赠了两人的四楼吧台饮料。下次来吉隆坡还会入住。

Very Nice
1. The room is convenient. One of the attractions of the hotel is close to the train station Chan Sow Lin, which is convenient. 2. The breakfast is nice, and papaya is specifically sweet. 3. The staff in the hotel is really helpful.

Nice stay
Convenience location, all you need to do is walk through an empty mall from LRT station. The breakfast can make you feel full. Comfortable bed. If you are lucky, you can see the fireworks during the night time.

Hotel is ok
Location is not good, hotel staff service is good but the transportation service crew is not good. Simple hotel but it's clean.
