缺點;陳設有點老舊, 2個洗手間抽氣扇抽力嚴重不足,要將洗手間大門打開,才能讓熱氣散去, 跟服務人員反映床單上有油漆污穢,但沒幫我們更換,bad mattress沒有彈性，在沒有預先通知情況下，此酒店在登記入住時，收了按金２００及服務費３０，而那３０元是不退回，為什麼我們訂酒店時沒有預先說明？到達後登記時有小問題，尚算很快得到解決。優點：保安不錯，房間大，可容納５個人，位置不錯，樓下有商場，食店，超市，靠近鐵路站

價錢勝於一切，有潔癖勿訂

地點非常好，鄰近亞羅街及大型商場，方便食嘢及shopping. 第一晚的房間，其中一個洗手間沒有熱水，主人房洗手間花灑水制壞掉，浴缸不能去水，所有人無法沖洗，投訴後更換了房間，間隔一樣，但比較企理，兩個洗手間都有熱水; 住了5日一共見過3隻曱甴另外，執房時比廁所廁紙及面紙收走後，沒有refill ， whatsapp 聯絡人話會比我地亦無影，要等第二朝執房先有。泳池，健身房設備很好想訂此房的朋友留意，此房間不是酒店，是apartment 沒有check in 櫃檯不過，如果以價錢來說，非常化算

TOO BAD !! 令人失望 !! 訂房請小心 !!

1.訂的是 57平方公尺 3人房型/ 1張特大雙人床和 1張單人床 2.給的是雙人房/ 1張雙人床 3.沒有豪華浴缸, 而且熱水幾乎不熱 4.3位大人只好一個睡沙發椅非常不舒服的經驗

住宿狀況可更好，地理位置良好，交通便利，附近食肆多

住宿狀況可更好，地理位置良好，交通便利，附近食肆多，房間也很大。但是，我們的房間洗澡是沒有熱水，有一扇窗門是不能鎖的，對面很容易爬進來，有點不安全的感覺，又不派人來維修，又不准我們換房間，還有一晚有一盞燈都不亮了，第二天早上才派人來維修。酒店沒有櫃台的，只有第40樓才是它的，所有酒店設施都要另外收費，也不便宜。入住時，要徵收每晚每間客房 MYR10.00 稅和現金按金MYR 200元。

Good price for good location and spacious room

Good location right above time square shopping mall and next to monorail station. Can walk to bukit bintang. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, accommodated late check in / out requests. No reception counter when enter but hotel staff will come to you to arrange check in. Very Spacious room, all basics are provided. Only that the furniture/ decorations are a bit old and cleanliness could be further improved (noted dirts on bedsheets and a glass with dried toothpaste/ dirt in bathroom).

1st room they gave us was listed non smoking but had smoke smells. They provided no other options but to spray perfume. Extremely dirty towels and sheets, including blood, hair, and dirt. Rugs were filthy and smelled of urine. The second room they gave us was equally dirty, had smelly mildewed shorts from previous guest hanging in the closet - and the electricity got cut at night from the power company because they didn't pay the electric bill. The electricity was not restored.

Billeder levede ikke op til lejlighedens stand. Lejligheden fremstod slidt og sofaen beskidt, men ellers var lejligheden ren. Personen som vi skulle tjekke ind hos gav os blot en nøgle i lobbyen, det var det information vi fik om stedet. Faciliteterne i bygningen er super lækre, en super børne venlig og stor pool og et udemærket fitness rum.

Good.

First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later. Overall a good but can be improve.

We requested but did not get two access cards. The room was freezingly cold, when requested for two blankets, we got only one! There's no complimentary coffee, tea or suger. They charged an extra $10 per night, when I'm supposed to have paid in full! I'll never return to KL Service Apt, even if they paid me!

KL IS KOOL

The internet was spotty and frustrating at times, otherwise, I liked the hotel quite a bit. It was walking distance to the MRT and a number of coffee shops and restaurants (if you're not familiar with the weather in Malaysia, just know you WILL sweat, so minimizing your walking is a blessing-STEEEAMY : ) ). This hotel is suitable for any of your typical travelling needs and KL was super cool. The Batu caves were the most beautiful attraction I've seen in any of my travels-a must see!

Location is great. Apartment is old. The layout is weird. There’s a wardrobe right in front of the bed, but there is no space to open the door. You need to walk sideways to pass thru. Weird sewage smell in toilet. Luckily the smell doesn’t linger into bedroom

Good Experience

The apartment was in good condition and central to all the facilities for travel. For the first day I was given a temporary room, that was sorted by the second day, other than that the support and service was excellent. I myself would certainly use the Time Square apartments again. I would give 4.5-5 star.

Good at cheap price but not a great hotel

It was cheap and the property is a bit dated and is very much an apartment not a hotel with extensive service but comfortable enough at the price. Unexpected key deposit requirement (in cash) was also a bit of a nasty surprise as well. Good location though and very central to shopping.

the service apartment booking is run by agent, and the agent management is not professional. the room is messy and unclean during checking. the room is quite old, the towers are yellowish... but the city view from the hotel is great.

Property was clean and secure all the time. the room was capacious however the worst thing was that the internet was available only in the room. You come out of the room and u would lose the connection Plus there was no phone connection and no locker in the room!!

bed with body hair

Room check in need to make local calls, not recommended for no phone card traveller. Room is old and poor condition. Two thin bathing towels are provided, with 2 tooth brushes, 2 small shampoo bottles and 2 tiny soaps. No hand/ hair/ face towel, and no bathing mat for the floor which makes to toilet really wet after shower, Bathtub is old (rusting) Water needs very long time to heat up which was not mentioned with any note, have to shower with cold water at the beginning. Toilet has bunch of insect on the ceiling. I have video for that living thing recorded. Highly doubt the floor has cleaned as we saw rubbish still on the floor. Blanket case is full with wrinkles and body hair on bed! Totally horrible stay.
