交通很方便,步行幾分鐘到USJ7車站,我住的房間比較細,沒有窗户,但地方整潔,員工有禮貌。附近Da Men Mall有餐廳及超巿。

提前接近一個月訂的酒店..訂三間雙人房..去到竟然說沒有房間..我們一行六人一小..三對人..叫我們睡兩間家庭房..家庭房1大床1小床..三對人要怎樣分配?那時凌晨四點..我能怎麼辦?為什麼酒店沒有確定訂單Expedia 都冇有理會?酒店說他們沒注意Expedia 有訂房..以後也不會再用了..第一次用就得到此體驗..畢生難忘!

bedsheet is not clean, and the worst part was extremely poor soundproof, noise can be heard from upper floor, corridor and even next door.

スバンジャヤに用事があったので一泊だけ利用。 到着時フロントに誰もいなかったがすぐに出て来ました。 写真のようなおしゃれさはなく簡素な雰囲気の部屋でしたが、寝るだけなら十分だと思います。 駅までは歩いて行けますが、ホテルのある区画内にコンビニなどがないようなので、ちょっと場所的には不便に感じました。

Good location. Easy access. Is a good choice for stay for short period. Just hope that when guest check in. The staff could ask guest do they need the hair dryer. Besides that, the phone at room should label the phone number to front counter.

Clean that is about it. But the walls are very thin and extremely noisy no sound control from staffs to guests. Jacuzzi, while letting water out, it actually flooded the entire toilet floor! Towels were all fraying.

It was comfortable stay. We were relaxing there. Because we could use jacuzzi bath tub! We stayed in VIP room. But white bath towel was gray color (old towel) and there wasn't Refrigerator, hairdryer and tissue box in the room. So please install these Equipments in the VIP room.

There's no hair dryer, so better to prepare one by yourself. Overall experience is good and the room is really clean.

Clean and Comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The jacuzzi was nice. However, the room soundproofing is so good. We can hear people walking and talking at the corridor. Location was ok. Walking distance to Damen Mall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Only one complain. I requested for a non smoking floor, was placed in a non smoking room but there was someone smoking in one of the rooms and I was extremely uncomfortable the first night. Staff said nothing can be done although it's a non smoking floor. The night staff's explanation really irked me. She even started lecturing me about how they are not allowed to go to room to room to check on guests due to privacy issues. I did not even request that. All I wanted was for the staff or whoever responsible to check and do whatever necessary. That was a real unfortunate incident. Otherwise, the other staff were excellent. I left a bag when I checked out and the staff kept it safe. To be the guard is an excellent example of a person, polite-alert and responsible.

I check in time are very late, around 10pm, very lucky still got hotel staff to serve us, and her are so friendly. Nice room design and room saiz enough for us. Carpark are provided, it is below the the Hotel and outside the Hotel also have alot of space. Room and toilet are clean, aircond cool, TV channel clear. The only thing not good is we can hear a little sound of door closing sound ' iee.....' come from other room when people moving the door, our toilet door also got the iee... sound but not loudly. Anyway overall is good, we like it and will visit again.

We picked the VIP room with Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was leaking but we managed to fix the leaking ourselves. There was no hair dryer in the room, but upon calling the reception, they bring the hair dryer up for us. Overall a pleasant stay :)

가격 대비 깔끔한 숙소입니다 창문이 없는 방에 묶었습니다만 나쁘지 않았음 엘레베이터가 있어서 좋은 숙소입니다. 하루 이틀정도 묶을 만 합니다. 주변 환경은 별로임.

Clean and ‘new’ budget hotel
It looks relatively new, v nice lobby. Told me there’s only 4 singles rooms in this hotel, upgraded me to a Queen bed. Room is very small, but v clean and nice. Toilet is also very small, no separate shower cubicle, with toothbrushes and shower gel, too bad no shower cap, sad. Praise given to the fantastic water pressure from the shower head, v good. I lcan hear next door guest using the toilet, sound proof no good. But for this price we’ve paid, it is better than my expectation. Will come back again if need to.
