Poor internet access. Need to attempt many many times before getting connected. Staff were impatient to help and just kept on asking me to try other logins and passwords! What's worst, the internet could be unnoticely disconnected! (have caused great troubles because of this)

My Stay
1) Good response to my call that the Room TV was faulty. Came back to room and it was change. 2) There is no wifi coverage due to poor signal at room 222, even my own data not working. Disappointed experience unable to connect.
