差勁惡劣的旅館！！
入住前收取50和20元的押金，說退房會還。當我check out時，只退我50元押金，我反應還有20元沒退錢，櫃台人員說這是稅金，不能退。我請他把20元稅金收據，他竟然直接揉成一團，丟進垃圾桶。真的很惡劣，20元馬幣沒有很多錢，但是態度真的很差。而且我訂房時，就已經付過稅金，至今我仍搞不懂那20元是在付什麼稅金！！

舒適方便、CP值高
1.位置：地點非常好，從KL sentral走過NU sentral即到，對於需利用大眾運輸來往的旅客非常方便，會途經兩家24hr營業的印度餐館，還有7-11、KK等便利店，幾乎隨時燈火通明不會有深夜暗巷的感覺，週遭小餐館蠻多的不怕餓到。 2.服務：就屬一般旅館的基本服務，沒有牙刷牙膏室內拖鞋衣架，所幸我們都會自備，每日提供礦泉水，無飲水機，看我們每天都會額外買水，最後一日有多給我們一瓶，哈哈。 3.整潔：還算不錯，當然無法跟五星級飯店比，但已算乾淨清潔了。 4.設備：蓮蓬頭固定在牆上較難使用，不完全乾濕分離，記得開門外開關才有熱水；只有一張房卡較不方便；網速快。

房間小但可接受，牆壁有污積，面盆去水慢，整潔度6/10 分。房間沒有牙膏牙刷，沒有拖鞋，但樓下超市可買，這個價錢來說算是ok吧。 酒店很近NU Sentral mall, monorail 站，8分鐘走路，穿過商埸，便到KLIA express 鐵路站，非常方便。 酒店樓下有食肆，早午晚三餐都有，味道不錯，價錢便宜。商場也有很多食肆，食飽還可以去SHOPPING. 酒店附近是印度人的社區，所以印度人比較多。 下次都會考慮再入住。

Convenient location
Convenient location with just 3mins walk from the KL sentral station. Staffs were helpful. The facilities were quite primitive though. No toothbrush and slippers available. I forgot my room card one night and approached the front desk staff to help open the door with my passport yet they didn't check which security was a little worry to me.

1.飯店距離中央車站近，機場快捷便利 2.中央車站本身也有一個Mall，應有盡有 3.飯店除了一樓大廳及各層走廊，這次入住208室，床單、床墊、枕頭套髒污仍繼續使用，還有跳蚤及蟲蟲會出現在屋內 4.房內除馬桶旁的些許衛生紙，無其他備用 5.吹風機爛透，一使用，就像要爆炸一樣 6.連住4晚，到第三晚開始，漸漸沒有熱水可以洗澡 7.小茶几太小，無法作為工作區 8.房內空氣品質非常的差
