Emergency checked in here. They gave terrible room. No water in next morning. The mattress, u can feel the spring while you sleep, bedsheet not well cleaned (can see the stains), no toilet roll. We complained about no water, they opened a new room (just for us to shower) & the other room is much better than what they gave to us. Perhaps we are unfortunate to experienced their bad services. 😅

Everything was good but unfortunately, we have to pay more extra on our confirmed booking from HOTEL.COM if we compared to another property in the same country in JB.

Car park beside the safari hotel should be fully ownered by safari hotel not others so that customer will be feel comfort

Easy accessible location
Nice affordable place located at key location. Three people room had complimentary tea/coffee for two people only. Cleanliness above average. Nice friendly staff. Checkin and check out with ease. Close to restaurants, mini markets & malls. Easily accessible public transportation.

Staff was friendly Bed sheet n pilow cover needs to be changed. Looks old.

honest review. just some advice for improving. tq
should improve the service. there's a young person in charge (don't know from where, maybe Bangladesh) at counter doesn't seems friendly enough with customer. The bed sheet got a clear yellow stain on it. seems unclean. Overall still ok but one thing that most unacceptable is the noise during night time around 2-4. knocking and repairing sound around.

Nice hotel in a very accessible area and close to food marts, shopping malls and down town.

Was given a dark room and really unclean sheets.. Asked for sheets to be changed and was told there were no clean sheets and all sheets were dirty. That's unacceptable. Refrigerator was missing from room and had to be brought in. Bad stay even for the price.

Awesome experience
Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. They are very helpful in terms of giving direction towards to the city attractions. For your tight budget, i will strongly advice to stay.

this hotel room is very disappointing...
when night, i smell very awfull, can't sleep at night because very noisy outside of my room, tv channel no choice to watch..

Simple hotel, located next to Ampang point shopping centre. Stayed one night. The hotel does not have its own parking area. So it was difficult to find a Parking lot.
