A Fair experience.
Wifi was very slow, each room has their own wifi, so maybe just my room was terrible, can't even load instagram properly. So you can forget about youtube etc. There were faulty sockets by the bed, but otherwise, its a great place to stay, beddings were good. Bathroom Amentities great, Air Conditioning more than sufficient.

WRmful greeting in Christmas
Check in on Christmas Day, hotel provide home made cake as X'mas gift, so warmful! Overall is good but can improve toilet condition as there is no aircon in toilet and need to open window after shower and lot of mosquitoes will come in!

The room that I stayed 7 - 15 got nice table but I couldn't find any available electric socket to use, the only two that I found are behind TV which for TV & Lamp usage, I hope I can use these two but the space behind TV not big enough for me to plug in. please improve !!!

入住8 天, 酒店及設施均一般, 晚上比較嘈吵! 前台職員服務不太熱情, 反之地下大堂服務員較為友善及熱心 ! 房間清潔一般, 浴室水力非常弱, 每天有大浴巾供應. 但中及小毛巾只有第一天提供, 唯一最欣賞的是天台無邊際泳池, 非常吸引!

A little bit far from the city of kuala lumpur and there was some noise from the bars nearby if we opened the windows. Others are all good and very well equipped. The room is comfortable.

很多基本用品都需另外要求才會給予；剛入住時，水質很黃很差，空調效能也不理想。 點不錯，周圍很多餐廳，飯店還是乾淨。

I was woken up by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. I ran downstairs with other guests, but there were cleaning tools in front of the emergency staircase door and I couldn't open it. I managed to open it and escape, but I'm glad the alarm was a false alarm, but if there was a real fire, I wouldn't be able to escape. This is very problematic.

The room was a suite. The only drawback was the noise since my room was on the 2nd floor adjacent to the expressway. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and malls next to the hotel. I highly recommend for anyone not needing to stay in KLCC.

スタッフが笑顔で愛想良く、サービスが良かったです。 部屋が広く清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 プールからはツインタワー・KLタワー・テレコムタワーなどが見え、素晴らしい景色です。 入室時、シャワーからお湯が出ませんでしたが、フロントに伝えると、すぐに改善されました。 立地はモントキアラ地区とデサスリハタマス地区との境目で、どちらに行くにも便利です。食事やショッピング等、不自由はありませんでした。 宿泊料金が安く、サービスが良いホテルです。 またKLに行くときは、ここに泊まりたいです。

1. The room is too close to the highway. Noisy! 2. Sign of leaking from unit above. Though repaired but not touched up properly. Sign of molds is visible. 3. Shower room does not have dedicated place to keep the shampoo & shower gell. Imagine have to put them on the floor during shower!
