基本上住宿經驗是愉快的,但房間隔音效果不佳,會聽到關門聲、電梯聲、隔壁房的電視聲,但因一整天的行程很累,這些聲音對我們來說不算困擾,若對隔音效果要求極高的旅客,可能需考慮一下。

Dear guest we apologize if you did not enjoy your stay. Kindly inform the receptionist if you encounter noise problems from neighbouring guests and they will try to solve it. We have limited tv volume to avoid guests turning up the volume too loud and are making arrangements to switch off the lift arrival noise.

Next to train station (within 2 mins walk)
Located next to train station. Only 2 stations away (within 800m) from KL main shopping area Bukit Bintang. Very convenient. Price is very reasonable. Room is clean and tidy. Rooms with window are next to street and station, may not be quiet enough for some people.

駅から近くて便利です。
駅から1分くらいと本当に近い。そのうえ、かなりの部分にアーケードがあるため雨降りで傘無しでもなんとかたどり着ける。 マイナス点としては入室時にトイレットペーパーがびしょ濡れでびっくりした。清掃時にでも濡らされたと思う。また、バスルーム兼トイレの床も濡れたままの状態だった。その辺のチェックはして欲しい。

L'hotel si trova davanti la fermata della metro e questo è molto comodo. La stanza non è molto grande, diciamo il giusto. Non hanno materassi matrimoniali ma singoli e mi sono ritrovato con due letti singoli attaccati di cui uno era più alto dell'altro. La pulizia purtroppo lascia a desiderare. Ho aspettato circa venticinque minuti che mi pulissero la camera e poi trovo a terra un ciuffo di capelli che poi sono restati per tutto il mio soggiorno dato che la pulizia della camera è a richiesta. Ma cambia poco comunque. Cosa gradita l'erogatore di acqua ad ogni piano.

Nice location in Kuala Lumpur
Super clean rooms and staffs are helpful. We extended many times and all the rooms we had were all clean and comfortable.

We also sincerely apologize for our staff who did not compensate you for your stay. It was very unfortunate that we had full occupancy that day and could not offer a replacement room. Nicely Powered Rain Shower
Nice & New Hotel in the Heart Of Pudu. Within walking distance of LRT (50m). Chargeable Gated Garage Parking Space available. Rain Shower was highlight of the stay. Check out the old “Cantonese” Restaurant (famous Crispy Duck) next door (50m). You will find reason to come back to stay here.

great hotel to stay in.
nice clean hotel great bed and hot shower,reception staff very helpful. had a good breakfast,they even had a toaster which most hotels dont have,the aircon was very quiet pudu mrt station is behind the hotel was good for going to kl sentral for bus to airport/ all the staff were very friendly.

Budget hotel
Nice hotel for the price. Location isn’t too great since there isn’t anything near. Staff is very nice though and let me check in early. Rooms are clean but some mildew in bathroom as expected.

Pleasant Surprise!
New modern hotel with great wifi and modern contemporary design. Stay was comfortable, rooms and common areas are very clean. (no carpets). Facilities are rather basic (no fridge) but for such affordable pricing in the city, I shouldn't really complain. Hot & Cold Water Dispensers are provided on each floor. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We were told they are in the midst of providing shuttle services to town, which i will be looking forward to during my next stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was good but iron need to provide more.
I think this is my fourth or fifth times stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff, the room facilities, all was 10 stars for me but still except one thing always during my stay. The hotel show getting the iron ready more than one iron. There a lot of guest who request iron. That time i had interview at 9 am in morning. Yesterday night, the staff told me the other customer borrow the iron and only return back when i call the operator at 7 am in the morning saying i need it urgently. The hotel show at least provide more than one iron. If not just set up and iron room where the iron stay there so no one could take the iron back to their room and had it overnight which the other guest who need to use it urgently. Please improve on this side. It not my first and second i stay at this hotel. The hotel can check my record there. I love everything about the hotel except that one particular thing. Improve this and this hotel will be hot item review for other customer who want to stay at this hotel. Please just improve the iron part. Provide more than one iron. You guys making good profit buy another iron will ya. Thanks thats all from me.

I had been intrigued by the exterior design, as well as reviews of the hotel across hotels.com as well on google. Hence I took a free friday evening to stay here. My first impression a hotel that had a lot to offer in terms of value. Having stayed at the spectacular D'majestic nearby, I found Pudu Bintang to be comparatively less posh (it is in a different price range after all), yet it was well maintained. Rooms were clean albeit a little small, but definitely a very comfortable place to stay and relax. Compliments on location & security. Pudu Bintang was in a great location where you walk just next door to find charcoal roast duck, or great dimsum and claypot rice just across the road. Yet the hotel was situated just far enough to be a quiet haven, especially if you get a window facing the main Pudu area. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, and i would have preferred two pillows instead of one, as the pillow was a little thin - but thats just personal preferences. However, the lack of toiletries was disappointing - i was lucky to have brought my own. My biggest grouse was when i requested for a late checkout at 1pm. While I appreciated that the receptionist was readily agreeable to my late checkout during my check in, the receptionist the next morning continued to call me at 11am and 1230pm asking me if i intend to checkout, despite me going down at 9am, and told her over the phone twice of my 1pm checkout. It had potential, and i hope it does when i stay here again.

Cheap and Clean Hotel
Pudu Bintang is definitely one of the best value for money hotels in KL. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, Air Conditioning is clean, no issues with WiFi and the location is decent. The no-window rooms were not much of an issue for me. There's nice places to eat around PB. The train station just behind the hotel takes less thn 5 minutes to reach. Berjaya Times Square is three bus stops away or alternatively, you can cab down for just 6-10 ringgit.

Near hub of everything in Kuala Lumpur
The staff was helpful. A mall/supermarket in the area had a money changer. Metro train was right behind the hotel. Taxis were available. The room was small but functional with amenities provided, including slippers.

Wir sind Rentner und leben in Thailand und müssen für unser Visa regelmäßig Aus- und Einreisen. Wir haben eine Übernachtung gebucht, und brauchen daher nur ein Bett, Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Das es eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher gab haben wir nicht erwartet. Unser Gepäck konnten wir problemlos bis zum Abend in einem Abstellraum im Hotel stehen lassen.

공항에서 숙소로오기는 쉬우나 살짝 번화가에서 떨어져 있음. 택시를 타면 가까운편이나 걸어다니기엔 불편하고 버스는 잘 없고 모노레일을 타려면 15분 정도 걸어야함. 여자 혼자라면 밤에 걸어다니기는 살짝 무서울 수 있음, 신축 건물이라 깨끗함, 방음이 잘 되지는 않음 옆방티비 소리 다 들림. 창문이 없어서 답답할 수 있고 환기가 잘 안 됨.

High standards, low price
In a district with many cheap hotels, this one works hard to be better than the competition. My room was tiny and with no window, but spotlessly clean with a desk and fast internet access, tasteful decorations and a flat-screen TV. Security is 'over the top', but some people will appreciate this. One annoyance related to this: if a room door is left open for more than a few seconds it rings an alarm, and so ringing from other rooms woke me early in the morning and disturbed me at various times. Otherwise, the room was quiet and peaceful, good for working as well as sleeping. The worst aspect: on my first morning I asked the desk staff where I could get coffee and they could not suggest anywhere, so I went to my meeting still half-asleep. (In fact good coffee is sold at all times from the cafe across the main road and to your left as you leave the hotel.) There are many great eating options nearby: the hotel is next door to one of the most famous restaurants in KL (although a dish there costs almost as much as a night in this hotel!), and just across the main road from a famous area for street food.

Overall a good hotel. The walls seemed to be very thin, one could hear almost everything going on in the hallway.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. Yes we have had several complaints on the hallway noise, unfortunately you will find that this is mostly attributed to the noises made by the guests. Talking and loitering in the hallways. We have since improved on the sound isolation on the doors and the lifts. We will also be looking at including some door guards at the bottom to further isolate the noises from the hallway. We thank you again for your kind patronage and hope you will visit us again.
