The staff at the front desk was not helpful the room was dirty. I will not recommend nor stay at another one of these hotels.

1) Foul smell with the mini fridge due to leftover food left by previous tenant. 2) Wonder do they do any housekeeping beforehand. The floor is super dirty. They only mop the floor after we requested. 3) Toilet flush is not working despite coming into the room to rectify the fault at three different occasions. I know I can't expect much since i paying peanuts for the room. However I hope all these basic housekeeping are required to be taken care of.

Improvement needed
The management have to change it. Room is wet and dirty and I'm checked in the first room. Immediately request for room move but not friendly to move for me. Location is nice because next to shopping area. Pillow is not comfortable and the hot water hard to control when shower.

Walking distance to shopping area
The hotel location is very good. Just one minutes walk from the MTR. But room not too similar to The photo show at website. The wardrobe door is broken and the broken door just leave IT next the wardrobe. The whole room only have one electrcity socket. Other is Okay. Worth to stay

The hotel located in city center, convenient go to few famous places such as Pavilion, KLCC, sungai Wang. Perfect location and friendly staff. The worst things are the refrigerator and the pillows. Better replace them.

Very convenient area and no window so you may sleep very well. Near to exchange currency place, convenience store and like 10mins walk to Alo street with many small restaurants and bar street.

Hotel with Good location
The only thing good about this hotel is it's location. Walking distance to shopping centre and many eating places. The room is old and the television signal is bad. Wifi also not working well. Conditions of the room needs improvement.

Good Points: 比較的安い 最低限の設備は整っている ブキッビンタン駅及びPavillionに近く利便性がある。 チェックイン前後の荷物の預け入れは、OK 無料の500mlペットボトルの提供あり。 夕方四時まで寝込んでいて、その後（扉の外にはノーサイン）外出して戻ってきたら、部屋の掃除がされていたこと。（期待していなかったので、GPとする） USB変換プラグの貸出をしていただいた。プラグはBFプラグ。 空港への送迎タクシーは、普通に呼んでもらえる。130RMを当日朝、ホテルのフロントに支払う制度。 改善の機会: チェックインは2時からと、融通はきかない？ チェックイン前の荷物預け入れ時に、預かり証の発行なし。 清掃は、床に髪の毛が落ちていることもあり。 フロアは、一階（受付の裏）であったが、日中は、スタッフなのか、客なのか、騒がしいのが聞こえる。

良くも悪くもないホテル
ブキビンタン駅から徒歩5分もかからなく、周囲も綺麗なSCやカフェがある一角にあるホテル。 治安も良く、静かなホテルでした。 受付のおばちゃんは愛想よく、テキパキとした対応でした。 部屋は日本の田舎の安いラブホといった感じでしょうか？この値段でしたらコスパはいい方だと思います。

Cleanliness 4/5 For the first night of my stay of the King Size Bedroom, the room is not really sound proof but heard very little noise from the corridor, compared to my friend's room at level 1 staying in the 2 single bedroom. One of the windows of my room couldn't shut and spoiled, was woken up in the morning because the sound of surroundings due to the window not able to fully shut. Was given a change of room the next day with queen size bed which is alright for me to stay for the next 2 nights, also a half price for next visit to this hotel.

Fahrenheitのすぐ横の道を入ったところにあります。 ブキッビンタンのショッピングビルは、すべて徒歩５分以内です。 安いホテルでは珍しく、部屋に冷蔵庫がありますので、買った飲み物がアリに襲われることもありません。笑 部屋は決して広くないですが、必要なものが揃っていて、清掃も行き届いており、不満はありません。Wi-fiも、けっこうしっかり使えました。

Room was so small that the toilet door cannot open fully. Handle on the toilet door damaged. Room was very noisy at night due to middle eastern belly dancing night club a few doors down.

Great location and comfortable
Really good overall and conveniently located a couple minutes walk from the monorail. Only downside was the rudely loud people every night (as late as 4am) on my floor... can't blame it on the hotel but still annoying

진짜 지도로 길찾기힘듭니다ㅋㅋ 저 이후로는 더이상 마시라구 최대한 자세하게 적을게요.제가 간 루트는 부킷빈탕역 출구로나와서 h&m 자라매장이 보이는쪽으로 쭉직진하고 스타벅스를 지나 greyhoundcafe와 슈펜(신발가게)사이의 골목으로 우회전하면 슈펜건물라인끝쪽에 빅토리호텔이라고 보라색화살표가 아래로향하고있는 호텔간판이보입니다. 피콜로호텔맞은편이라는 설명만믿고 갔는데 피콜로호텔이 어딘지 안나와서..(알고보니 스타벅스있는 건물이 피콜로였던ㅠ) 최대한 자세히설명했으니 앞으로가시는한국분은 잘찾아가시길☆ 다른건 창문이 없는거 치곤 엄청답답하거나 하진 않았고 욕조와 수압이 매우마음에들었습니다. 하지만 시트가 청결한것같진 않아서 몸이조금 간지러웠던 것 같아요.. 근데 진짜 호텔 위치는 정말좋습니다. 파빌리온,부킷빈탕역,잘란알로야시장이 코앞이고 파빌리온2층 연결통로따라서 트윈타워도 구글지도보고 15분정도 도보로 이동가능합니다. 3만원대치고는 접근성, 샤워시설, 직원분들친절도 좋습니다. 체크인이 오후2시라 일찍도착해서 좀힘들었지만ㅠㅠ 호텔보단 모텔이라고하는게 더나을듯하긴합니다ㅋㅋ 1인실이라지만 진짜 작은 싱글침대보고 놀라긴했..ㅋㅋ 아, 참고로 근처의 greyhoundcafe에서 브런치드셔보세요 분위기도좋고 맛있습니다. 그럼즐거운여행되세요~

Terrible overall
The bath was leaking, the airco produced a a smell of mald and the towels were full of stains. Told the reception I wanted another room, but that wasn't possible. Next day we would get another room if maintenance couldn't get it fixed. Later there was no room available again. The reception got a cab for us and told it was 100 RM, paid the reception, but the driver had the meter on and that showed less than 70 RM. Terrible hotel, don't go there!!
