"Rommet var utrolig rent og fint. Ligner helt som på bildene. Var litt kranglete med innsjekking der, grunnet at han som leier ut leilighetene ikke var på stedet da vi kom. Veldig lytt her også da ytterdøren ikke er tett. Så man hører veldig godt det som skjer på gangen og ute. Men alt i alt veldig fornøyd. "Breakfast had a lot of variety though the food tasted ordinary. What I like best about the hotel is the convenience as it's next to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral mall, which is good for public transport users like me and easy to get to the airport and buy stuff."

"Amazing views of the Twin Towers from both the apartment and the swimming pool. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The only downside was the second bedroom, which didn’t feel like a proper bedroom. It was very small, with the bed taking up almost all the space and partially blocking the window. Unfortunately, this part was disappointing."

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Staff attitude depended on how guests were dressed, which is absurd and irritating, if you don’t wear fancy clothes, they look down on you. For a supposedly high-end place, this kind of superficial treatment is unacceptable. The hotel is also very family-unfriendly. We couldn’t access areas like the restaurant on the 51st floor, which made us feel excluded. Service quality was generally poor. Although the minibar is complementary, they refill it only if you ask daily; I had to complain to get it done automatically. Even luggage pick-up for checkout took forever, as if they had no urgency. Food was average and inconsistent, sometimes fresh, sometimes not, though the quality itself was decent. Beds were comfortable but the pillows too hard, with no softer options available. Our room was on the 31st floor and had no view of the Petronas Towers due to a building blocking the line of sight. Definitely not worth the price. If you stay here, pick something above the 45th floor for a proper view. The swimming pool was large and nice, but crowded and with very few seats. The Petronas Towers were on the opposite side, barely visible. Overall, this hotel fails to meet expectations. Poor service, unfriendly attitude toward families, and too much focus on appearances. Wouldn’t stay again."
