I say that because I checked out of my accommodation early due to their two pools being green the whole time I was there and unusable and they kept telling me it was because of the rain. 🙄 the pool here is really big. “The only value for hotel is location, just opposite of the beach and Chenang Mall nearby. Room, bed & shower not clean, no air dryer provided. Breakfast is very limited and not taste good.”

“Lovely hotel on a great site in the heart of Langkawi. Shops, eating and beach close by. Initially we were allocated a room on the ground floor with not a lot of room and one narrow window overlooking an access road. We were very disappointed. After some discussion we agreed for a 5 day stay this was not acceptable and we would either check out or pay for an upgrade. We spoke to Andrew on reception and he listened and resolved our concerns. Agreeing to a move the next day - as it was late. The……

“There was no mention of the fact this hotel was unfinished, partially a building site. Lots of things not working, like the lift, jacuzzi and one of the restaurant. Building workers all over the place. Location is good, noise from noisy bars on the road side of the hotel from 10pm -2am. Breakfast was a bit disappointing not up to a 5 stars standard. ”
