Nice hotel, nice staff.
我的體驗 日出：早上沙灘上睇日出。 日落：泳池酒吧，船上及沙灘上睇日出。 出海：浮潛，釣魚，睇海龜，睇海豚，睇海，去其他島嶼。 沙灘：游泳，浮潛，睇魚。 (每天員工也會清理沙灘上的小石頭) SPA : 面部 ，四肢及身體。 員工：主動提供協助，有禮貌，笑容滿面 房間：非常滿意，每天拾房二次。

hotel is super good but not restaurant workers
We enjoyed 7 days holiday with family in this very nice hotel, management did a good job to maintain the overall environment, it is clean at the beach/road/room, it is really a good and beautiful hotel. And thanks to the Kids Club, they took good care of my kids (interesting diversified activities) ...

My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully.
