Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, aber bei der Ankunft mit vielen Spinnentieren im vorderen Schlafraum. Offenbar durch übereilten Einkauf von Möbeln, ohne zuvor ein Maßband zu verwenden, ist der zweite Schlafraum unpraktisch und verursacht Schmerzen! Das Bett steht nicht, wie man auch an den Schaltern erkennen kann, am richtigen Platz, sondern vor den Fenstern. Dies verursacht, durch die Ausrichtung des Raumes, entweder Schweißausbrüche oder bei geöffnetem Fenster Schmerzen durch die Zugluft. Verwöhnt, von der Unterkunft in Jork, unmittelbar vor unserem Aufenthalt hier, in welcher alles vorhanden war (von Kaffee, über Tee, Gewürzen und Spülmittel für den Start und genügend WC-Papier für den gesamten Aufenthalt), fehlte es hier an all diesen Annehmlichkeiten!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Kühlungsborn ist eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Wintergarten macht die Wohnung zu einem besonderen Ferien Domizil. Die Lage zum Strand und den beiden Ortsteilen von Kühlungsborn ist optimal. Die Wohnung war sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Leider merkte man dem Inventar zum Teil die langjährige Nutzung als Ferienwohnung an. Das Geschirr war lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Matratzen und Dusche zeigen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren und sollten ersetzt werden. Es gab auch auf telefonische Nachfrage bei der Hausverwaltung im Vorfeld keine klaren Auskünfte zur Art der Betten (Allergie geeignet?) Wir würden die Wohnung aber trotz dieser Anmerkungen jederzeit wieder buchen !
