“This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.”

“This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

“This was our 1st visit to Kauai. The condo was, clean, roomy (lots of closet space/no dressers) and centrally located with stores nearby. We didn't have assigned parking so had to park on the access road but was able to find parking fairly easily. Unit was close to the beach and there were nice lounge chairs to relax in. You are only allowed one towel set per person for the whole visit or pay a $35 per load laundry fee. We were there for the week and elected to use a laundromat close by rather……
