“Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is”

“Quiet neighborhood setting. Nice backyard for relaxing. Well equipped with beach accessories including snorkel gear. Large whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Be prepared for carrying luggage to second floor.”

“The washer and dryer were advertised as free but I had to pay. They are quarter operated devices and quarters were not always available. I was instructed by the host to pay for use near the end of my trip. Located on a main road I became used to the noise after a few nights.”

For me, though, the real standout was the location. You can easily walk to Mana Foods for groceries, as well as seemingly endless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the heart of Paia. Beautiful North Shore beaches are also nearby, making this an ideal home base for exploring this part of……
