The Space:
As you enter you are drawn to the amazing ocean views and expansive lawn. The sandy beach front is perfect for sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and surfing. There is a large lanai with dining table for four, lounge chairs and gas grill, making this the perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef would need. The living area offers flat screen TV, ceiling fans and of course the magnificent view! There is a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping. The guest bath is conveniently located just off the living area with a large walk-in shower.
Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in this nicely appointed primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is a portable AC for the bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer, with street parking available.
Everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is all here from beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach cooler and boogie boards! During season (December - April) watch the majestic Humpback whales right from the lanai.
