「Upon check in, we were informed that the pool was unavailable because the levels were too high. An hour or so later, we heard them tell a family with little children the same thing. At checkout when we were asked about our stay, I said everything was fine, but it would have been nice to have the pool available (the main reason I booked this property and not another downtown). 「Location! Location! Location! Literally steps away from the ski hills! Room and amenities are somewhat dated, but comfortable. Internet was very poor, even for Snowshoe area. Could not regulate temperature of the room; stayed a bit too warm for us. Front bedroom could use blackout curtains to block out hallway lighting. All said, we would stay again as the Location is perfect! Thanks!」
