"Pros: große und helle Wohnung mit großartigem Seeblick, geschmackvoller und hochwertiger Einrichtung. Cons: Das große Wohnzimmersofa verfügt über einen Mechanismus der es einem erlaubt daraus einen Schlafplatz zu machen. Leider war es schwierig damit klarzukommen weil es uns nicht gezeigt wurde und keine Anleitung da war, schließlich ist es uns aber dennoch gelungen. Der angepriesene WLAN Empfang war wohl prinzipiell vorhanden, funktionierte aber während unsres Aufenthalts nicht."

"Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Balkons (jede Sonnenseite kann somit genutzt werden) und einer ganz tollen Ausstattung. Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage, kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Für uns kein Problem, aber vielleicht für jemand anderen. Für 4 Personen richtig viel Platz. Die Sicht auf den Stadthafen ist super toll und das zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir waren begeistert. Für vielfältige Ausflüge ideal geeignet. Und das Highlight, die kostenfreie Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches."

"Die Ferienwohnung war bzw. ist top ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen, den man in der wärmeren Jahreszeit vom Balkon mit Sicherheit noch besser genießen kann. Die Altstadt, die Schiffsanleger und vieles mehr sind fußläufig erreichbar, was wir als besonders angenehm empfanden. Waren ist eine sehr schöne, saubere Stadt mit gepflegten Parkanlagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
