「Only major warning and complaint I would have is the hotel front desk charged a "deposite" on check in I thought nothing of it because its an international card. Luckily I was meeting someone who lives in China and when they found out they immediately got a refund. It was explained to me that deposites are not something that is done.

「good choice in kunming」

「very modern and clean; easy access to most of sites」

「recently stayed at Kunming Kaison hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service; they were consistently helpful and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access The price was also reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. Overall, I highly recommend Kunming Kaison hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-priced stay」

「The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The front desk is helpful and professional, the room is clean and spacious and with free self laundry services. If they can offer the bathroom with a brighter lighting, that will be great」

「Breakfast ok. Neither heating nor air-conditioning on, just fan.」
