"We had Club Lounge access during our stay and couldn’t have been happier with the service. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, particularly when it came to making our stay comfortable with our two kids. The Club Lounge was a real highlight, with excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to look after us and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Club Lounge experience, especially for families."

"The room was spacious enough for two people and luggage. The bathroom was well laid out with sink outside the shower and toilet. Water pressure was great. The breakfast area was spacious and offering a variety of different breakfast options from Western to Asian. Free access to 3 washers and dryers was a plus. The staff was very friendly and in addition to the day to day service went the extra mile by offering breakfast a little before breakfast officially open for our early days out."
