“Bit run down but pleasant enough!”

“Kristal is a great place to stay close to everything staff excellent pool is amazing food great also forgot to mention free breakfast”

“I would of rated it higher but music was deafening all the way through the night. Staff was very helpful and polite.”

“We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were……

“Pretty good but the 35% service charge and always getting wrong change was annoying. Bath was filthy. Good value however, if you don’t expect too much. I suppose that if you want quality you can go to the sister property next door.”

“I could not chargemy computer or phone . They only have a round pin , 2 hole plug. Thats it. Hotei has no adapters. Menu is in indonesian, staff does not speak english. These are good people, can see if you need help, they give it. Just be aware of what mention.”

“Ils sont en pleine rénovation ils ne devraient pas louer des chambres ou terminer des chambres propres et adéquates. Mais je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi exceptionnel prêt à tout pour essayer de te donner un certain confort. Bravo à cette équipe.”
