“The owner and his family are the nicest ever. He went beyond his service and helped us arrange bento and transportation when we were in a rush to catch the train. We were overwhelmed by his warmth and the excellence service. There was a French restaurant at the hotel, and Masa san the owner was also the chef himself. The French food was authentic and delicate. Everything was just excellent. We were so impressed. Will definitely go back again. ”

“飯店地點很好，售票處及纜車站就在飯店前面，可搭乘東京白馬直達巴士前往，停靠站就在飯店旁邊的停車場，皆步行約1-2分鐘，這次住的是附私人衛浴的，房間算寬敞，2個29寸行李攤開沒問題，廁所是乾濕分離，整體乾淨舒適，早餐雖然簡單但好吃，唯一缺點飯店樓下有Bar，晚上外面比較多吵雜聲。”
