“Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .”

“This hotel has terrific staff, lovely breakfasts, and is beautiful to be in with all the natural wood decor, comfortable furniture and beds with lovely linens. “The owner and his family are the nicest ever. He went beyond his service and helped us arrange bento and transportation when we were in a rush to catch the train. We were overwhelmed by his warmth and the excellence service. There was a French restaurant at the hotel, and Masa san the owner was also the chef himself. The French food was authentic and delicate. Everything was just excellent. We were so impressed. Will definitely go back again. ”
