"We’re not used to big cities, so parking in a garage was stressful for us. Be sure to take a picture of your space… The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Pintxo bars. We had requested a room with two beds together, but received a queen instead. The room was very small as we had to walk sideways between the closet and the bed. The shower was even smaller. My husband is 6’2 and not small so it was a challenge. Staff was friendly and helpful once we de stressed"

"This is a Lovely Hotel with a great staff and good parking and a nice location that's walkable to the old town as well as the coast. It's totally modern and the beds are great! It has a lovely series of common rooms with couches and tables in the lobby as well. I wish the workout room had been open later it closed at 9:00 and didn't seem to be open often"

"This was a great choice for exploring San Sebastian. Just a few steps from the Old Town with all its pintxos but also close to parks, beaches and other attractions. Our "Economy" room was small (the large bed filled all the available floor space) but spotless with all the amenities. And the espresso machine in the lobby was a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the staff, who were welcoming, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. Three first floor rooms share a terrace, which is a nice option, especially for families. And some of the other rooms are larger. But if you're out and about all day, the economy room is fine. I would definitely stay here again."
