「Had misunderstanding at the same time we did not have privacy as it was mentioned for this booking. Had the share the unit with multiple family. Later the manager tried to help but not good enough.」

「The apartment is a great value: large, clean, well equipped and in a quiet place. Mr Perera, the person in charge of handling everything is a most courteous individual.」

「I tried contacting the host on numerous occasions and did not get a reply once. Due to this, we decided to stay at another hotel that was given to us free of charge by the airline. I would advise anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel please think again.」

「Jättefin fräsch lägenhet med allt du behöver för en härligt vistelse i Negombo! Nära till stranden över gatan bara och till restauranger. Hotellchefen mr Camillas var så supertrevlig och hjälpsam och alltid med ett leende på läpparna! Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka! 」

「Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working...
