"Really enjoy my stay. Room was clean. Always staff member at front desk incase need assistance. No machine to check in or out instead actual human, I'm old school so truly appreciate that. Outstanding breakfast available for a fair price. There is laundry machine, unfortunately only one washer and one dryer. Overall worth the stay. Aloha!"

"The location was great. It’s just a short walk from Sanjo Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. All of the staff were helpful. I stayed in a basement room with a small garden view, which made the room feel really peaceful and relaxing. There’s also an onsen in the basement, so it was nice to soak in the bath after walking around all day in the heat. I also liked being able to grab drinks from the vending machines and then head back to my room to relax. The only downside was that one of the beds squeaked whenever I moved (the other bed was perfectly fine). I wish I’d asked the staff to replace it, because it woke me up a few times during the night."

"This hotel is located in the main Kyoto transit station which makes it super convenient! Not only is the location ideal, the hotel itself is very upscale and offers a lot of great amenities. We didn't get a chance to use it, but they even have a pool onsite. Note that children can't use the pool though, which was the main reason we didn't use it. The staff is readily available to answer questions and were very kind throughout our interactions. We would definitely stay here again!"
