Comfortable and convenient location

The hotel is very close to the station. The room was comfortable and good value. Free drinks are available downstairs, but only coffee or hot water. When I asked about tea, the receptionist reacted as if I was making an unreasonable request, which I found very strange.

No air conditioning in summer time, I stayed in the end of May, only heating available which is central controlled by hotel. We couldn’t sleep all night because it was too hot (showing 27C) and no fresh air. Bathtub is too high which I almost fall down when getting in and out.

翌朝、釧網線の始発に乗るため、もともと予約していたプリンスをキャンセルして、駅に近いこちらに予約を取り直しました。駅は目の前で列車利用に便利なだけではなく、釧路空港からのリムジンバスのバス停はホテルの目の前。こんなに便利なホテルは他にない！と大満足でした。加えて、朝6時台は私達が乗る6時半過ぎの釧網線以外にも札幌に向かう始発の特急もあり、早くに駅に向かう客が多いのでしょうか？朝食が5時半スタートという対応もとてもありがたく、ニーズに合わせた行き届いた対応だと好感が持てました。チェックインはじめフロントスタッフの対応も良く満足です。 唯一大きな不満は、室温設定をどれだけ上げても室温が18度程度にしか上がらず寒い。AUTOから風量最大にしても温かくならない。北の寒さがそれほどすごいのか？と思えば、翌日の網走の東横インでは外はもっと気温低いのにぽかぽかでした。同行者は別のフロアでしたが、朝、朝食会場であって「昨日寒くなかったこのホテル？？」というのが彼の発した最初の言葉。私の個人的な感じ方でも、私の部屋の機会自体がではなく別のフロアの別の部屋でも同じことだという事です。冬の北海道は寒いけど、家の中、部屋の中は温かいというイメージでしたが、千葉の自宅より部屋が寒かったのはちょっと残念。ホテルには蒼穹に施設、機器の確認を、これから利用される方には温かい部屋ぎ、パジャマの傾向をお願いします。

雖然是自助 check in,但還是有服務人員在旁協助；有飲料吧免費取用，冷冷的天來杯熱咖啡很溫暖；缺點是枕頭太扁，但是睡覺時已經很晚了，不好意思打擾服務人員再送枕頭來；第二天的自助早餐+果汁很讚，雖然是一般的早餐，但也足夠飽足。

無難なホテルとしてお勧め

釧路駅に近く、とりあえずここを選んでおけば問題ない、というホテル。 無料のレンタサイクルもあるし、爪切りのような小物のレンタルすらある。 ただし、ビジネス向けのホテルの色合いが濃いので、部屋の広さや朝食の豪華さは求めてはいけない。
