It is very neat the JR station, but I remembered put something on the counter when I checked in, afterwards, I forgot to bring back to room, then I lost the guide book. I came back to counter and hope the reception can be helped, but Japanese style seems not want any trouble, they only say no no no, nothing, I think maybe the people who after us thought there was a guide book in hotel then took it. We hope they can help to check, but they didn't. I little bit disappointed with that.

We booked a Japanese western style room with lake view. We lake view especially in sunset time is amazingly beautiful. We also got to experience the onsen from two different hotels with free shuttle bus going there. Got more than 20 different types of onsen to try. Really enjoyed the onsen part. But the buffet was not very special. Overall it's a great stay.

I am glad that I arrived there a bit earlier than the check-in time, the hotel offered me with an available non-smoking room instead of a booked smoking room. The hotel is at good location that next to JR Kushiro station and Kushiro bus terminal. The room is comfortable and economical with triple room options. I would definitely consider it again when I return to Kurshiro next time.
