Recommended hotel
Very friendly staff and bargain price. A little bit distance from shopping and dining area. Good pools and a fair restaurant. I will stay at the hotel again.

nice hotel staff and clean room
Airasia lost our luggage, Swiss belhotel staff did very good communication for us with AirAsia people when we go outside for the spa. when we checked-in Vasanti Kuta hotel, our luggage was already in there. the room is aslo very clean and nice.

浴室的門很吵,還有隔壁住的大陸客在晚上10-11點一直大聲嚷嚷,真的很讓人受不了,真的很沒水準
房間的枕頭和被子,似乎沒有更換清洗,因為都有聞到奇怪的味道。其餘的都還不錯,空間也滿舒適的

市區'離庫塔海灘很近,飯店很新員工很親切
飯店位於市區'離庫塔海灘很近,每天早上11點,下午2點有免費的接駁車到DISCOVERY MALL ,飯店很新員工很親切~飯店去年才新開的很新,房間洗澡的水柱很強,每個房間都有陽台還不錯,一望出去就是游泳池,~早餐比較少也不豐富,因為住了17天16夜,所以吃到有點怕,早餐有分地下一樓在泳池旁的跟二樓比較高級一點,但是種類不是很多,覺得飯店可以多增加菜色~ 飯店外比較小巷弄,巷子比較小,如果晚上外出要比較小心,因為車很多,如果走路出去要很小心,走路到LIPPO MALL其實還蠻快的大概15分鐘左右就到了~~飯店旁有幾家小餐館還可以唯一缺點就是沒有抽油煙機超多煙的!!!

Bad noise insulation but location is good
There are lots of Chinese tourist groups making big noise in the hotel. The noise insulation equipment seems not really good here. In addition, I have small dirty spot on my pillow two nights... and the staff forgot to fulfill the water and bathing stuff as well. However, the location is good that there is a big mall 5-7 mins far on foot.

Was a nice basic hotel but when we got there i booked for a family room and the kids beds wernt set up as they didnt check the booking correctly. When we went for breakfast they said it was only for 2 people but was ment for 4 people so had to wait for confirmation then finally was able to sot down and have breakfast waited over 40 mins to recieve toilet paper to the room as they forgot. Was quiet noisy in the rooms. Look nice hotel would i stay again maybe not.

Good venue, but overrated and under average.
Hotel was overall clean and well decored with a modern look and Balinese fusion. Slow room service, slow housekeeping and not many options available for room service as advertised on menu. Hotel management was requesting to check out before paid check out time. Received multiple calls why I haven’t checked out 1 hour before required time. (Actually spoke with hotel reception night before to request late check out, was granted an extra 30 minutes. But was being forced to leave even earlier than standard required check out time. Iron took 30 minutes to arrive after requested, hence had a delayed check out. Hotel was not very guest approachable when checking out because of forcing to check out early. Breakfast buffet is amazing though, probably the only highlight of my stay. Hotel management upgraded my room to a family room which I didn’t need. Paid for a certain room to enjoy the lagoon view but had been placed in a corner with a wall view.

Check-in should be faster
Check-in took too long. Check-in time says 2 p.m. but I had wait 40 minutes, and then hotel had assigned a ground floor room that opens to the swimming pool. Per my request room was changed to 2G but i had to wait another 50 more minutes.

Staff was excellent, they always smile and greeting to everyone. Room also very clean and fresh, swimming pool large and clean. Property very good, well maintenance. All facility are ok. Love this place.

Close to airport with a large pool and the rooms are spacious. Rooms could use more cleaning and moving of furniture to ensure all nooks and crannies are cleaned out. Good sport for a family with kids. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Bon hôtel.
Tres belle hotel, personnel au petit soin. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner pas très varié dommage, mais pour 1 jour c’est ok après un long vol.

We booked room for 6hrs to take rest and we have reached hotel an hour early. Reception people told room is not ready till 2pm and waited in lobby at 2pm again we asked they told making sofa bed ready and allocated room after 2:30. Room is very dirty and smell can’t breathe for an hour and also that sofa bed is terrible which they spent 30mins to make it ready. Also while check out called reception for help to get luggage out and no one even care or turn up. Our cab driver is ready so we pursued carry luggage from long way to lobby and then they have started asking fill some paper work for early checkout. This process took another 10mins and had very terrible experience with this hotel and I never suggest or stay any time in this.

it was an amazing experience. I will return here next time! I recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Kuta, Bali. Walk able to everywhere and very safe. Staff are super friendly and professional.
