"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

When check-in, the guest house enforced an exact $11 as miscellaneous fee. This $11 was never mentioned under the website of Hotels.com. When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips."
