“I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down.
A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and……

“Not the most ideal place for a tourist. Very close to eo gio and the temple but if you’re going on the off season like me. I got scammed out of a trip to ky co.
The room has a vibe of lighthouse. The room has no free snacks or drinks in the rooms. You pay for all the snacks. You can’t order food to the place as it’s pretty far from anything convenient. The food is decent at this place”
“Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to……
