酒店鄰近京都站，方便行街食飯。 美中不足係停車場工程中，無得泊車有啲麻煩。 溫泉不過不失，唯獨係無牛奶賣有啲失望。 總括嚟講性價比很高。

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Kyoto Station. which has a wide range of shops and restaurants. The only downside is that there is limited storage space in the room. Our room is at the corner of the corridor. It has a reasonably good size but is not effectively used. Nevertheless, it is good value for money given an onsen hotel. The laundry is convenient for the guests although the drying machine can be more powerful.

d location with a good hot spring bath
The hotel is only a 5-min walk from JR Kyoto Station. It's very easy to reach any place from the station, so that provides lots of convenience. Each guest room provides a full bath, but the hotel also provides large hot spring baths upstairs for male customers and female customers in different sections. After walking all day, it's such a relief and relaxing moment soaking in the hot spring. We had a nice stay.

住了一晚有獨立温泉房，的確非常大而舒適; 亦住了有和式間的普通房, 依日本酒店標準空間尚可。日式早餐不錯，鄰近京都站交通方便，只是普通房電視等設施有一些舊，亦沒有外國台。

稍為有点貴, 但近京都車站, 交通方便, 行街食飯都超方便。去東和西願寺约行五至十五分鈡, 睇黄色銀杏超正! 也是影相好地方!

Ripping off customer-not recommended
I felt ripped off by hotel as had to pay for unreasonably high additional guest fee upon check-in (more than 50% of original room rate paid) The final room rate was higher than booking the same room on the day via its hotel website. Not only the hotel staff was not helpful, flexible nor transparent with room prices, one of the senior staff kept ‘TELLING’ me the extra charge was hotel policy. He even told me the amount the hotel received from Hotels.com was the amount I paid them even though I emailed through the transaction proof. He was arrogant and never stood from customer’s point of view. I was forced to pay the fee requested otherwise I had to give up room penalty. It ruined our Kyoto visit!

近京都駅big cam方向，位置很方便，酒店有大浴場，房間設備新，員工服務好
入住過程快速，前台英語流利，親切有禮，感覺賓至如歸，很棒! 房間整潔寬敞，附榻榻米舒適，有幾扇窗景觀很好，很想再入住。早餐是日式的，附沙拉吧。第二次入住，上一次沒有去浸溫泉，有點可惜，這一次天天都去浸一兩回，很讚。
