The room was much spacier than it looked in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Walking distance from bus/train stations in a quiet Kyoto neighborhood.

Good place to stay for a group and is very close to a bus station. Not exactly in the center of Kyoto but it served our stay well. Only problem was some other guests being loud.
Good for the price. But a bit out of the way from Kyoto attractions. Basic room is clean and good. The bunk beds are comfortable. Toilet, towels, toothbrush, fridge and microwave provided. Check in and out easy.
Washing machine not working in day if arrival but fixed by the day prior our departure.
The property is new and very clean. The room was spacious and had several amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave and hot water pot. The bathroom was very nice and provided cups, toothbrushes and cups. The location was convenient for the Family Mart and not far from the temple area with plenty of food options. Not as convenient for trains and the main part of Kyoto but the taxis were not too expensive.
It was an awesome hotel, super clean, spacious and over all excellent, it is definitely the best place where I have stayed during my stay in Japan

The check in experience was easy and though it wasn’t too difficult to get to the property was more out of the way than expected for where we were going. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, but the room size was huge and having a washer and dryer on site was very handy.
Lovely little place in a somewhat older area. 13 minutes walk from the train station and was great since we were traveling as a group. Be aware that when you travel to Kyoto there is a “property tax” (I don’t know what the rates are, but ours was 3,000 yen and we stayed for three nights) and this must be paid in cash. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to larger groups or families.
