A room upgrade was kindly provided, resulting in a spacious and immaculate room with a truly spectacular view over Tokyo Bay. The room was well-maintained and presented to an excellent standard. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that we would recommend without hesitation. "

"The view from our room was fantastic. The brunch menu offered a wide variety of food choices and the food was fresh. The shop downstairs offered drinks and snacks, and the cafe in the lobby was a nice place to relax and have a cup of tea. The bar lounge was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The luggage storage made later check-ins and later departure to the airports convenient. We were able to continue enjoying the area without having to drag luggage along until it was time to leave. We did not know about the laundry service. That would have been nice to know as we just disembarked off a two week cruise wita suitcase full of laundry needing to be washed. "
