"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Japan. Every staff member was extremely polite and meticulous. Despite having fewer guests, the environment and facilities were still very clean, and everything in the room was well-kept. The breakfast was also excellent, with a comfortable and well-lit atmosphere. If I visit Kumamoto again, I'll definitely come back."
