「Shutters is in a great location with great views of the ocean and beach. The room and the bathroom were super nice. Everyone on the staff that we encountered were nice, helpful and tried to make our stay great.」

「You won’t find a better deal in Santa Monica. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the beach and attractions, and offers free parking, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cleaning staff occasionally entered our room while we were still inside. Although they knocked beforehand, they came in a bit too quickly, which was a bit surprising.」

「I have stayed here 8 times now on each vacation to LA. I love this hotel and everyone who works there is awesome. Fabian and Christian at the sinder bar are very cool. Caesar and Saul in valet are excellent. Jason the manager is very kind as well. Can't say enough about this place. The location is amazing. Rooms are great. I love it and will absolutely be staying here again」
